Privacy Policy
This policy describes how Clearway Design LLC ("we," "us") handles information collected through tinawins.com. Tina is a managed overflow-intake service for law firms. We are not a law firm, and nothing on this site is legal advice.
What we collect
- Information you send us. When you request an intake review or email us, we receive what you provide: your name, work email, firm name, phone number if you include one, your office phone system, and anything you write in the message field.
- Usage information. Like most websites, we and our service providers collect standard technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and how you reached the site. Some of this is collected through cookies and similar technologies, including advertising tools such as the Meta pixel, which help us measure whether our ads work.
How we use it
- To respond to your request and schedule your intake review.
- To operate, secure, and improve the site.
- To measure advertising and understand how visitors use the site.
- To contact you about Tina, if you asked us to.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
Service providers that run parts of the site for us: hosting (Cloudflare), form handling (Formspree), email, and advertising measurement (such as Meta). Each receives only what it needs to do its job. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or as part of a business transfer.
Intake conversations handled by Tina
The Tina service handles phone calls and, when requested or appropriately consented to, follow-up messages on behalf of law firms under a separate written agreement with each firm. Tina identifies itself as a virtual intake assistant and follows administrative intake, scheduling, routing, and escalation instructions approved by the firm. This website policy covers visitors to tinawins.com; if you interacted with a law firm using Tina, the firm is the right first contact about that conversation.
Retention and security
We keep intake-review request information for as long as we are in an active conversation with you or your firm, and then as long as we have a business or legal reason to hold it. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
- Email [email protected] to ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted.
- You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time, and every marketing email we send includes a way to opt out.
- You can limit cookies through your browser settings. Ad platforms such as Meta also offer their own ad-preference controls.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under state law. To exercise them, use the email above; we will not treat you differently for doing so.
Children
The site is for law-firm professionals and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
